Can I purchase and ship a cover anywhere in Canada?

Yes, we ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. However, a resident of Canada must order from the Canadian version of our website. The opposite situation is also true for an American who absolutely must order the from our U.S. website.

Is shipping included? What are the deadlines?

Shipping is free and takes between 12 to 15 business days. Our shipping partners are: UPS, The Apex Group, Sameday Righ-O-Way or by other private carriers.

How can I pay?

Payment can be done in several simple and safe ways. Either using the online method of payment via PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Interac) or you can also pay via phone by credit card (VISA, Mastercard).

I don’t know how to take my spa measurements?

Call us at our toll free 1 (888) 514-7727! We have a very large bank of brands, models and sizes. Moreover, we can offer technical assistance. We also invite you to go to the Spa Info” section of our website; you will find videos and downloads to guide you in taking your measurements.

My cover was damaged during shipping?

Contact us by phone at our toll free 1 (888) 514-7727 and send us pictures of the damaged cover by email at info@customspacover.com.

Do I have to be home during delivery?

No, the driver will leave the package in the backyard near the spa. Just make sure that your backyard is accessible. Moreover, with the tracking number we provide you via email, you can foretell when your package should be received.

Can I get a cover even if my spa has an irregular shape or if it is larger than 8 feet by 8 feet?

Yes, in exceptional cases we will give you a quote. Send us pictures and dimensions of your spa or cover and we can provide you with the price and the next steps in ordering your new cover.

Is the measurement of the radius (rounded corner) is important?

Yes, without the radius it is impossible to make a cover that will perfectly fit your spa. Under “Spa info” you will find a chart to download and print to help you measure the radius. 

Can I only order the foam or vinyl?

Yes, absolutely! You can order either the foam or just the vinyl separately. You will find all the details in the order form. 

Should I pay the full amount when ordering?

Yes, because all covers are custom-made for each client. 

What is the weight or size of the box upon delivery?

The weight and size vary from one cover to another, but generally the box weighs about 50 lbs and is around 8 feet by 4 feet by 12’’. 

Can I order a spa cover that fits perfectly with the speakers of my spa?

Yes, one of the steps of the order form is especially reserved for the cut corners to fit the speakers of your spa. You can download and print the speaker sheet in the “Spa info” section.

Can I order only a few items like a spa cover lifteror a pillow?

No, unfortunately to take advantage of our offer you must order a spa cover, the foam or the vinyl.

Will my current lifter fit your cover?

Yes, if your current lifter is not directly attached to the cover. Please note that it is also possible to add a structuring flap to protect your new cover that can be caused by the stress of the lifter cross bar. You will find all the details in the online order form. 

Should I measure my old cover or the spa itself?

It is recommended to measure the acrylic directly on the spa to avoid error.

Can we determine the location of the straps?

Yes, when ordering online you will be able to fully determine the precise straps location.
